AMD A10 6800k Richland 4.8GHZ OC (tested prime95 24hours)

AMD (2)x Radeon HD 7770 (one is 1GB and the other is 2GB and one is ghz edition and other is not)

AMD f2 85a-mPRO motherobard

4GB corsair 1600 ram

thermaltake 600 watt psu

1TB disk drive

112GB SSD

when i play any high demand graphics game like borderlands 2 or battlefield 4 for the first 15 or 20 min of playing everything is nice and smoothe and seems to work fine on about medium settings max resolution then i start to lag very bad to the point of the game not being playable so i put it on the lowest settings and lower resolution (1280/720) and the game is still unplayable my number 2 hd7770 card is running at 99% usage and number 1 card between 30-60% usage is seems if i pause the game in borderlands for a bit (10-15 min) it will work again for a little bit. i dont believe its a temp issue because both cards max temp was 51'c

not positive but i figured 2 hd 7770's should be able to run borderlands 2 on max settings with my set up with no problems

Any fixes to this or even info on what im doing wrong or if something is bottlenecking something would be much appriciated thanks

search the FAQ section of this forum for "how to disable ULPS", tell me if that helped.

disabling ULPS should lower your 2nd gpu load from 99% to a less percentage.

forget about the tool.

run "regedit", ctrl+f, "enableULPS" and click find next. change the value to 0.

press F3 and change the value to zero again.

do it until theres no more "enableULPS" left.

do a restart when finished.

is mt PCI Express 2.0 x16 (x16/0 or x8/x8) maybe bottlenecking my 2 graphics cards? or maybe my 4MB L2 Cache cpu? or even my 600w psu?

i went threy the registry again and it found more to turn off and i restarted my computer and checked it again and there was more again after the third time of changing them all to 0 is seems to b working i havent tested it for long term activity yet but both GPU's are running at pretty close to the same percentage and my game seems to be allot smoother and very playable on max settings so i believe this fixed my problem i will repost on this page if i have anymore problems with it thank you for your help

maybe its not just the gpu causing the instability? i have been testing out some increased cpu clock speeds running my A10 6800k rickland at 5.1ghz altho the windows error core comes up as 116 witch is a GPU error code

im getting aprox 30fps on medium settings but i dont understand why my gpu's would only be running at 35%instead of 80-99% witch should give me much better fps right?
