You have a laptop, which means the OEM, in this case Clevo, is responsible for primary support. So either go complain to them, or to EA, DICE, or STEAM.

With my older laptop, which has 3870x2 graphics, Crossfire is automatic, just like it is with a dual-GPU desktop card.  This despite the fact that there are two distinct MXM cards.

I would think the same is likely to be true with 7970M cards.  What does it say under hardware information in CCC?

I am currently experiencing the same issue with my system. Once updated the driver and Catalyst system the Crossfire option has disappeared from the Performance menu. System is as follows:

Catalyst Version: 13.12

Graphics 1: XFX Radeon HD5770

Graphics 2: XFX Radeon HD5770

GPU Ports: PCI-X 2.0 x16/x16

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair IV Formula

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Had similar problem when I updated catalyst.

In the latest driver Crossfire doesn't work.

Latest one working for me is
13-9_win7_win8_64

These does not work (i mean they work but no crossfire)
13.11_betav9.2
13-12_win7_win8_64

Will not change until Mantle is released, wonder if crossfire will work then?
