The Cores on the Quad Core each get a temp reading of between 91celsius and 115celsuis using everything from Powerplay, CPUID, CPU HW Monitor, Speccy and Speedfan (many of which do not even recognise the mobo) and am concerned because I do not know if my laptop is stable or not.

HP Pavilion Notebook PC 15 a4/a6/a8/a10 PC 15 AMD a009ax Quad Core processor with 8gig ddr3 dual channel ram and 1tb sata drive.

It has not shut down on its own yet but it is an identical replacement for the same model that had the same problem. Are the AMD APUs falsely reporting the temp or is each core overheating for some reason? I am not qualified to open the case and check thermal paste etc...but would appreciate some assistance. Please, anyone.
