I am getting a BSOD whenever I start a game after enabling crossfire through CCC. I have been trying to resolve this problem myself for awhile now but a lot of the other troubleshooting guides I find too complex or not useful.

I do know that both cards work fine, they are Radeon HD 6800s and they are compatible. I only get a BSOD when I try to start a game, I have tested it with Battlefield 4 and Rome 2 both crash the computer.

Please let me know what I can do to fix this so I can use crossfire. Thank you.

Got my first BSOD in years with 14.1 with CF on COD Ghosts...fine on everything else.  Apparently, AMD, Activision and InfinityWard...never talked!

Non-noob components.

What is the BSOD error code? Also are you running a 144hz monitor by chance?
