when I play my game or do a benchmark my 2 card in xfire activity and core clock be going up and down like crazy..............please somebody help me

Need more info about your setup ..If your running windows 8.1 you must disable ulps in registry .it causes stability issues in crossfire .

my Motherboard is a asrock z77 extreme 4 wit 2 xfx 7950 and my cpu is a intel core i5 3570 and is use the amd catalyes 14.3 beta and yes im use window 8.1 and i just disable ulps but its still doing the something

Have you tried disabling your integrated gpu in your motherboard utility?

Since that is a relatively older mb...have you updated all the drivers and are using the latest BIOS?

i just update my bios and all my drivers but now my seocnd xfx 7950 activity and core clock are going up and down

all my games crysis 1 warhead and 3 tomb raider 2013 and left for dead 2 bisshock infinite and dis are the benchmarks that do it to heaven and valley

Is the performance of the game changing radically?  Be more specific.

The clocks will change as the  load on the card changes.
