Is A10 7850K crossfire with my Powercolor Radeon HD 6770 1GB GDDR5 Green Edition...

Also, what is difference between dual graphics and crossfire? Are they the same thing??

No they are not the same thing, A10 7850K can be dual-gpu'd with R7 240 or R7 250, avoid dual graphics, that HD 6770 is already twice as powerful as a R7 250. Crossfire lets you pool the processing power of two (or more) identical or very similar graphics cards by connecting them together.

I just wanted to ask you that I will be able to use or crossfire my 6770 with the a10 7850k integrated graphics.....

The HD 6770 performs very close to the R7-250.

The A10-7850K, officially, can only run Dual Graphics with the newer R7-240 and R7-250.

You can try to see if the CPU and software properly detects your HD 6770 for Dual Graphics with your A10-7850K's graphics core.
