Hello AMD community. I just recently pick up another XFX Radeon 7870 HD double d 2gb GDDR5 GHz edition GPU for my gaming reg. I wanted to setup Crossfire, but unfortunately have ran into some issues. AMD CCC doesn't give me the option to enable Crossfire under the “Game tab” or “Performance tab”. I've tired using the stable 13.12 drivers, 14.4 beta drivers, and even a older 13.4 drivers from the XFX disk. Nothing so far has work. Under my “hardware tab” it's says one of my adapters is “Disabled”, and both cards are getting power. They also both show up under Device manager.
I've switch the Crossfire bridge (I have two of them), I've tired booting the new card first by it self, than installed the GPU's drivers, put back in and crossfire the other card, still nothing. I'll admit that I might be missing something in my BIOS settings, but I can't seem to see what it might be sadly . I've tired to Google the issue and have read up on quite a few forums, and nothing has work yet. Any help or advice on the situation would be appreciated.
