First some general system information:
(My system is a laptop, Alienware m18x r1, using the latest A05 BIOS)
GPU: Crossfire Radeon HD 6970m (stock clocks) and the latest 14.4 drivers
CPU: 2920xm (no overclock)
Hard Drive game is installed to: OCZ Agility 3 (480GB)
OS: Windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
The problem I am having with Wolfenstein: The New Order is that while crossfire is enabled the game runs at a lower frame-rate than a single card. Forced rendering modes such as AFR and some pre-defined profiles I thought it would be worth trying (idTech5, rage, OGLEnableAFR, ect.) all lowered the frame rate significantly and caused extremely noticeable screen flickering until the game environment changed (moving from an interior cell to an exterior, or vice versa). Optimized 1x1 slightly lowered the frame-rate from a single card and caused no flickering.
I am hoping that there is a driver is in the works to utilize multi-gpu setups as I am currently running the game at a much lower setting than I would like to. If any other information is required just ask.
