Hello All,

My name is Jon and during some testing with our AMD A10-6800K system using an ASRock A85 FM2 board I found that an 8770 was just too high powered to be able to crossfire with the APU.

Okay thats fine, but why is then that after I installed an 7750 that in the Vision control center I am seeing this: Inline image 1

Is the above picture NOT depicting an APU with a HD6990 GPU?

This is just a little upsetting to me that they depict such a high end card as being able to crossfire with an APU when from what little documentation I have managed find states this is not possible (please point me in documentation that states it is as I cannot find any).

I'm not being rude please understand I am just trying to get verification and to point out a possible flaw. Yes it is only a depiction but it would be nice to have a TRUTHFULL depiction.

Thanks to everyone in advance!

-Jon

a10 6800k only will crossfire with onboard apu  with a 6670 amd ddr5

Thats the max performance you can manage in apu crossfire. youd still need the recomended 500w 80 plus psu to duel graphics though
