CPU: AMD A-10 7850K 3.7Ghz Quad Core Processor with Radeon R7 Graphics

Motherboard: Gigabyte F2A88XN-WIFI Mini ITX FM2+

Bios Version: F3

GPU: Gigabyte GV-R725OC-2GI (rev. 2.0)

RAM: 2x4GB G.Skill TridentX DDR3-2400

Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W

Boot Drive: OWC Mercury EXTREME Pro 6G SSD (480GB)

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 ST31000528AS (1TB)

OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit

Current Driver: 13.251-131206a-166151E-ATI

Issue details:

1. Installed Catalyst Drivers that came with motherboard (version 13.25) and all is well. Dual graphics is enabled and working alright.

2. Tried installing latest Catalyst drivers (version 14.4), install goes ok but on reboot message pops up saying "AMD control centre cannot find drivers or the AMD drivers are not working properly" (or something to that effect)

3. Catalyst control centre now shows only the CPU options. No GPU options available and going to device manager in windows shows yellow exclaimation marks on both "AMD Radeon R7 200 Series + R7 Series Dual Graphics" and "AMD Radeon R7 Series"

Workaround:

1. Completely nuke drivers using the AMD clean uninstall tool, and install 13.25 version drivers that came with motherboard. Except there are no frame pacing options for the old drivers

Hi, checkout this thread - http://forums.amd.com/game/messageview.cfm?catid=483&threadid=173477&enterthread=y

I have posted workaround to successfully install Catalyst 14.4.

Your workaround doesn't really work. I can install 14.4, but if I do anything with the Dual Graphics settings (like setting it to enable/disable) it goes back to Code 43. Also, it seems that sometimes randomly it will also Code 43 and break Dual Graphics, plus the performance isn't really indicative of a Dual Graphics setup. I've gone back to 13.2 for now

Is this perhaps similiar to what is going on here with me?  I notice we have the same motherboard as well...
