Hello,

On my installation paperwork for the A4-3400 processor, it states to look on the AMD website at the Thermal Cooling Guidelines and that there are particular brands of thermal paste to use.  I can't find any listing for this on the website.

I bought CoolerMaster High Performance Thermal Compound Kit.  I was wondering if this would be okay to use for this processor?

Thanks for any info you can provide.

Matt

The answer to the question is you don't need to add thermal paste to the processor.  There is a gray square under the heatsink that has enough paste on it.
