I'm angry. Therefore, I bought Kaveri!
I don't think that user configurable like TrueAudio and HSA (at least not for now). It is solely up to the supporting applications, the Kaveri APU drivers, and DirectX filters/decoders.
Read this article:
"The third feature that deserves a mention is the inclusion of AMD Fluid Motion Video. This features uses the compute power and an advanced algorithm to provide better video playback. The next update to Cyberlink PowerDVD will enable this feature and should make Blu-Ray playback visually clearer and have a smoother look to it."
Like HSA, I haven't seen any applications take advantage of it other than few OpenCL benchmark software.
