Do you mean AMD Steady Video? By the way it still depends on the software support. Check it out under the Video settings in Catalyst.

Wait? 12.4 and 12.2 for Kaveri APU? You should install 13.301, 14.4 or later beta for that.

I don't think that user configurable like TrueAudio and HSA (at least not for now). It is solely up to the supporting applications, the Kaveri APU drivers, and DirectX filters/decoders.

Read this article:

http://www.hitechlegion.com/reviews/processors/38897-amd-a10-7850k-kaveri-quad-core-apu-review?start=7

"The third feature that deserves a mention is the inclusion of AMD Fluid Motion Video. This features uses the compute power and an advanced algorithm to provide better video playback. The next update to Cyberlink PowerDVD will enable this feature and should make Blu-Ray playback visually clearer and have a smoother look to it."

Like HSA, I haven't seen any applications take advantage of it other than few OpenCL benchmark software.

Those driver versions do not support Kaveri. The earliest was 13.30 rc1

Install 14.4 drivers & don't forget the chipset driver! & run amd cleaner or something similar to uninstall old drivers.

Hello!
The "AMD fluid motion video" feature was announced at jan 2014, but still no settings in Catalyst Control Center with latest beta driver for Windows.
Is this feature is available? What players can support it?
