I have a laptop Acer Aspire V5-552P-7412, this model came with an AMD A6-5357M. I want to upgrade the ram to 12 gb that is the max allowed. It have already 4gb soldered to the board and on the specs it say that DDR3-1600(1.5v), DDR3L-1600(1.35v) and DDR3U-1333(1.25v) memory card are compatible. I have an DDR3L-1333(1.35v) of 8gb and is working.

I just want to know if it safe to use it or if i can have any problem for that.

What difference i can have using a DDR3L vs a DDR3U, i already read on other forum that use a 1600mhz dont differ soo much vs using a 1333mhz

Running one ram stick with a lower frequency makes every other stick run at that frequency as well for compatibility. Ideally every stick should be the same model, nothing bad usually happens if you mix them up, but it can lead to decreased performance. DDR3L and DDR3U are both series with low voltages to save power, standard DDR3's all run on 1.5v
