I have a server at home, which I uses for non-intensive services. It currently consumes around 30W.

Aside the obvious things (disabling bluetooth, using PowerTOP), is there anything I can do to lower the consumption?

I've seen an interesting post (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6128960/what-is-the-relation-between-cpu-utilization-and-energy-consumption), so I was wondering if I can reduce the CPU/Memory parameters, or disable the PCI slots (which I don't use).

Is that a correct approach? Should I for example, start reducing the CPU/Memory voltage, as long as it stays stable? Thanks.
