OK I just ordered an A10-7850k, it is installed in a Gigabyte F2A88XN-WIFI MOBO with DDR3 1600 RAM.
So when i built it i looked at the cheap aluminum stock fan that came with it and laughed set it aside and used the stock fan that i got with my FX-8120 last year as it at least had a copper base and heat pipes. Im glad i did because even with this cooler im getting ~45C idle, and 80-90C when benchmarking(and it doesnt talke long to get to those temps easily under 1 minute). Now those temps have been read on HWiNFO and the futuremark program, and even in the BIOS i still get ~45C.
SO question is do these really run this hot, is that safe for them? I usually never let a CPU get over ~60C so this scares me. I also bought an A10-5800K and it runs nearly as Hot, however that is with the stock cooler (all Aluminum).
Also to note this is with the case opened so air flow isnt yet an issue.
Also ive been building computers for 15yrs so lets skip the really basic question like, did you plug the cpu fan in, or did you apply thermal paste, or is the heatsink mounted correctly.
