If you're not going to use a discrete graphics card with it, since it's rated at 95w, I can't see a system loaded with fans and hard drives pulling even close to 250w.

-------------------------
ASUS Sabertooth 990FX/Gen3 R2, FX-8350 w/ Corsair H60, 8 GiB G.SKILL RipjawsX DDR3-2133, XFX HD 7970 Ghz, 512GB Vertex 4, 256GB Vector, 240GB Agility 3, Creative X-Fi Titanium w/ Creative Gigaworks S750, SeaSonic X750, HP ZR2440w, Win 7 Ultimate x64

No discrete card to be installed...so you think a 300-350 watt will suffice?

It should be ok, especially if you don't have OC in mind

Yea, but I would look at PSUs up to 550w. The price difference between, say, the SeaSonic SSR-360GP 360w and the SeaSonic S12G-550 550w is only $15.

Though the 360W PSU would be still ~$15 cheaper and it would also run at a higher efficiency, wouldn't it?

What  happens in a year or two when you decide to include discreet graphics? For a few extra bucks a 550 or so PSU will be there waiting for the new vidcard.

Since upcoming cards will be much more efficient (like 750Ti), Seasonic SSR-360GP will surrely be able to supply mid-range GPUs
