I use a HP elitebook 8450w for word processing only and light web surfing. I currently use a 19.5 V / 11.8 A powered HP docking station to display on two 21.3'' monitors, in portrait mode at a resolution of 1200X1600, with no issues. One output is DVI one is VGA.

For the same hardware configuration, and an additional Display Port D++:

Can ATI Firepro M5800 display on 3 monitors of 21.3'', in portrait mode, each at the same resolution of

1200X1600?

Thank you

The M5800 can fully support up to 6 monitors at 1200x1600, it's just that the laptop itself may have limitations that prevent it. Aside from the usual multi-monitor stuff (3 monitors requires at least 1 DisplayPort connection, you can't do DVI+VGA+laptop to get 3 monitors), it should be able to handle that perfectly fine.
