hi i would like to know if the AMD FirePro graphics cards are  hdcp compliant in  particular amd firepro d700  amd firepro d500 amd firepro d300

The FirePro W9000 is not HDCP compliant at all, so my guess would be that none of the workstation cards are.

Well, AMD appears to read these forums at least.  They released new drivers recently where this issue is now resolved:
