Dell T3600 with ATI FirePro V5900 and three monitors.

After a clean install of Windows 7 Pro 64 bit I’m no longer able to enable three monitors simultaneously.

I can enable any two monitors but when I try to enable the third monitor I get the error “Unable to save display settings”.

All three monitors worked before Windows was reinstalled.

The monitors are two 24” Samsungs on Displayport to DVI  adapters and one Dell  21” on the DVI”.

I tried three different drivers from Dell, and the latest driver from AMD, I used driver cleaner after each try.

I have another identically configured Dell T3600 with AMD FirePro V5900 and all three monitors are working fine.

I installed an NVIDIA 760 GTX and I’m able to use all three monitors simultaneously, but AMD V5900 is still a no go.

You most likely need to use (1) Displayport to DVI active adapter & the other 2 cables should be fine.
