I got a virus in xp so i switched my  firepro gl 7350 to 7 x64. my ccc for 7350 would not run on its first install.

I thought it was corrupted by 2 programs previously in programs; c++ and something else I thought was an addon but I can't remember right now what it was - so I used program uninstall on them.

I uninstalled the 7350 driver.

I tried change to uninstall and got error 1723 missing dll - call support

I deleted all c: ati and adm files hoping program manager would think its gone. but not

I tried repair and got can't find C:\AMD\Support\14-4-mobility-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql\Packages\Apps\CIM\Win64\

I tried to reinstall 14-4 but ccc jams in analyze

anybody have any advice on  unjamming this install and uninstall

Try using Driver Fusion or Guru3D's DDU in safe mode to remove all leftover data from the installation, then try installing the drivers again.

I can't justify the quality of your post? while "try" i did check these two sites they are fee based, and your advice is adding rather than subtracting which is not what I want- a clean install

thank you zipsi and stumped. so both your advice is to purchase these apps and "try" these apps to uninstall ccc install manager. I did update and have net framework. sorry but I will wait untill I get more information on why (what dll)adm catalyst install manager will not uninstall?

The "app' is free. It won't install because you are doing something wrong. Just update your new installation and follow the guide. You are wasting time your time trying to uninstall/install part of the OS:

zipsi and stumped, do you know how I can find out what that other program is I uninstalled, is there a history for these program change events. this might help us figure out what dll I deleted and was shared with ccc in either c++ or the other program. I have no restore points I only installed 7 yesterday so I will have to reinstall 7 if we can't figure out the shared dll.. ccc will be vulnerable and I really would not like that

not, both wanted credit cards, we should try to figure out that shared dll to fix ccc, don't you just have to change the dll name?

Dude....run Windows Update....make sure you install the 'optional' and 'recommended' updates. Reboot. Run Windows Update again and again untill there is no more. Do not install any graphics drivers from Windows Update. Then, Follow the guide on how to uninstall/install AMD drivers. This is assuming you have a legit copy of Win 7.

You are full of ...misunderstanding. THERE IS NO CHARGE NOR DOES DDU ASK FOR A CREDIT CARD.

FOLLOW THIS GUIDE  AFTER YOU COMPLETELY UPDATE WINDOWS 7.
