First off, my operating system is openSUSE 12.3 (in short, Linux). Second, I put in a support ticket but no one responded. (I think that's because I used a fake email for the ticket which was generated with a product). The log goes like this when I choose install driver:
Supported adapter detected.
Check if system has the tools required for installation.
fglrx installation requires that the system have kernel headers for 3.7 release. /lib/modules/3.7.10-1.1-desktop/build/include/generated/uapi/linux/version.h cannot be found on this system.
One or more tools required for installation cannot be found on the system. Install the required tools before installing the fglrx driver.
Optionally, run the installer with --force option to install without the tools.
Forcing install will disable AMD hardware acceleration and may make your system unstable. Not recommended.
No need to post the log for the distribution specific package thingy because the installer is happy. Please help me with this topic as I am very stuck. Sincerely, MinecraftMan.
Linux, Minecraft, you name it.
