Good day!
So decided to ask a question rather trevialny!
Steam came under linux, and now the driver plays a major role in the life of linux (work at least for me)!
I installed a few games through the "steam" and speed performance I was very disappointed! To be more detailed then the old Gforce 7600gs in some games much faster HD-7770 hence the question!
Would come out normal drivers for linux? or simply buy a card Nvidia? I ask this to the fact that my time is precious to me, and wait for 1 or 2years nevizhu sense!
Thank you in advance for your reply!

Never update drivers through steam. Not under windows, not under anything else. (Same for windows update...) If you use linux, use the drivers provided by the repositories of your distro. If you have ubuntu or something similar, you can as well use the xorg edgers ppa to get something close to the latest version.

So I updated. And in recent times have become quicker and smarter driver, but I would like to know would come out normal drivers? I just do not use ubuntu 1day, and I know how to update the driver! Hence the question in the near future will come out normal drivers for Linux or easier to buy Gforse?
