The EDID information is usually listed in /var/log/Xorg.0.log

You are running exactlywhat X stuff?

You can specify all this in /etc/X11/xorg.conf or each section as separate files in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d that would set them up each boot?

There is also xrandr which you could set up a shell file to issue the commands and have it called in say, .xsession
