Well, I've just wanted to say that this whole laptop I bought with amd chipset inside was one huge mistake. Audio is messed up, fgrlx inside that lame excuse for VGA driver is nothing but POS. Brightness with your state of the art "programming" doesnt work and it's useless for at least since that so called "stable driver". In the matter of fact I'm not aware of a single person that doesn't have some kind of annoyance with fgrlx on linux. I'll guess that I'll switch back to that even more useless open source radeon driver. Or even better - I'll sell this crap with your hardware in it and buy something that works out of the box. Yep. There are such things on linux, but I know that oob concept is something distant and vague for your company. Hint for your management - try to hire someone from that other company who's familiar with acpi, udev systemd concepts on linux.

The funniest thing is that the formatting of your post shows that you're using IE. Something that is not available under linux. So you must know so much about fglrx...

And you can tell that because you're using it too? Or that's just fanboy speaking?

The reason itself is the strangest ever: Because the windows driver bearing the same version number has no WHQL signature.
