As the topic summary describes, how do I get this done?  Is there a GUI available compatible with the R9-290X?

You cant, as I mentioned in my post about the beta driver.

It appears to be disabled as does Overdrive

Edit, Might have not, must have been somewhere else Phoronix maybe

Command wise.

aticonfig --odgf

That displays it and to set you would do

aticonfig --odsf 55

That would set fan to 55%.

Tried a few other ways too but that did'nt work.

To get the cards temp/clocks usage do

aticonfig --odgt            Temps

aticonfig --odgc            Displays current clocks and usage.

Thanks mate!

I already knew about those commands.  I was hoping there was something new with the beta v6 driver specifically for the Hawaii chips for tweaking the speed.  Like a hidden beta command or something.
