Radeon HD 6400 Flickering with PowerPlay enabled since catalyst 13.6 until latest beta 14.3

Hello, I hope I can have a clear scope about this issue, I'm trying OpenCL, so I went for a newer driver than 12.X series I have, Installed, and voilá I have OpenCL support and very efficient I suspect, for example running hashcat 0 Example, I got 150MH/s and disablig desktop effects on my KDE I'm able to proccess 170MH/s, EXCELLENT.

But, Screen flickers all the time, horizontal lines that you can see by a fraction of a second. Very annoying, Disabling AMD PowerPlay on CCC, it solves the flicker issue, but slows down the OpenCL performance:

from 170MHashes/s to 27KHashes/s

Is there any way to tweak PowerPlay to avoid flickering?, because I can't see anything on CCC.

Searching on google, windows users has the same issue with many others cards revisions, and they fixed it overclocking the card.

If I use the card with this flicker I could damage the Video RAM?.

In my laptop (asus k73B) The Video Card has 1GB of dedicated memory separately of the system RAM. If I damage the Video RAM, I will not able to replace.

So, I need OpenCL power processing, but not at the cost of damaging my card.

¿Any Ideas?

I've found a nasty workaround, to have power proccessing and at the same time less flickering.

When you have graphics movements, flickering almost disappear, so I've added a gadget on the desktop, showing a bubble, that uses OpenGL (I'm using KDE), this reduces the flickering at 70%.

This is not a real solution, someone has an idea of how to proceed?
