I laptop is installed Ubuntu 12.4 LTS x64 OS and VMWare workstation for Linux.

I create a Windown 7 x64 VM Guest or Ubuntu 12.4 LTS x64 Guest and enable Accelerate 3D graphics in settings of the Guest. I start the guest, a dialog box with message "The GPU driver on this host might cause issues with VMWare product. If you experience problems, disable 3D support in the affected virtual machines" appears.

And I ignore the dialog box to boot the guest, the windows 7 guest has not areo feature, and Ubuntu guest has not Unity 3D feature.

Then I try above on laptop with NVIDIA 745M graphic card. The guest can gets areo and unity 3D feature and no warning dialog box pops up.
