My Fedora 20 system has kernel 3.13.10 with the kernel 3.11 headers files.
I can build and runs the fglrx 14.10rc1-apr17 drivers and fglrxinfo, aticonfig, and amdcccle work just fine.
Today the Fedora community posted up kernel 3.14.2-200 so I gave it a try.
The DKMS build step fails and leaves the driver only usable for 2D graphics.
The 3.14.2 kernel came with a new, matching kernel-headers RPM so I can only assume the kernel folks have changed things again.
I am not handy with C/C++ or hacking on kernel modules and stuff.
I am posting this up so that people can know before they upgrade kernels and run into the need to rollback, and hopefully as an early warning for the driver devs.
