Thanks for visiting the post, please help!

So i've just built my second pc for which the specs can be found below. I'm having major issues, the pc itself runs fine and temps are stable, however whenever I try play a game e.g. cod4, dirt 3 my screen tears hugely not micro stutters, literally the image is ruined and I recieve awful audio noises and distortion. After then exiting/axing the game my OS often begins to also fault for example screen flickers and youtube videos pixelating and discolouring. I've tried running the pc with one card, un-installing the drivers, running with on stick of ram and at the moment i'm baffled as to what the issue could be. Both cards worked in solo prior to this build as I tried them in my old maching, I doubt this is a hardware problem. please help!

Neither cod4, nor dirt 3 have linux versions, wine is not officially supported. You could of course submit bug reports for both AMD and the wine team, but don't expect anything.

Advice: Sell one of your cards, there is no linux game that would benefit from crossfire at all.
