I put in the card and than turned on the PC after reconnecting everything but the monitor never came on like I never turned on the PC (I even connected the monitor to the port on the card and still nothing)...I was looking on the box (had to use a magnifin glass) and a min requirements is 1GB  of system memory (I have 1GB but 895 MB usable)

What other system requirements are there?

895 usable.. 128mb must be allocated to the integrated graphics chip, thats probably why the monitos is blank as well. Configure bios using igp to use PCI.

I just added memory and have 1.50 GB RAM (1.37 GB usable) and I've changed my Bios to read PCI slot first than saved and after it automaticlly reboot, I shut down the PC seated the card and plugged the monitor into the card but the PC won't read the card (monitor still won't come on)
