So, one of my RAM modules went bad, and OCZ has offered to take all 4 modules for a refund since they don't make RAM anymore. It doesn't make much sense to grab DDR3 1600 modules anymore since many manufacturers have moved to DDR3 2133 and above which makes them about the same price. I'm going back with 8GB, and two modules instead of four, less stress on the IMC and the prices are about the same as four 2GB modules.

So, it pretty much comes down to G.SKILL Ripjaws X and Mushkin Enhanced Redline. Same timings, same voltage, but the Mushkin is $5 cheaper (and most likely comes from the same fab). Suggestions either way?

I went ahead and got the G.SKILL modules, Newegg had them on a combo deal with this motherboard, which I had to replace because of an incredibly stupid move on my part (tweaking RAM timings on some temporary chips I pulled from my spare A6-5400K system, went to fast and hit 6 instead of 9, for some reason my Crosshair IV was unable to recover even though it had several times before) which made them about $5 cheaper than the Mushkin modules. Haven't had any issues running them at the rated 2133mhz @ 9-11-10-28 1.65v.
