Want to get a good video card for my computer, but am not sure what to get. If possible, I want to keep it in the $100-$200 range, but I'd like it to be good enough to play all the new games at the highest quality settings w/ no lag/issues, if possible. I'm running an ASUS CM1730 desktop, AMD Phenom II X6 1065T Processor at 2.90 GHz, 8GB RAM, 750 watt PSU. Just looking for recommendations. If I could find something that'd at least let me play Assassin's Creed IV on the best settings, that'd be fantastic. I'm willing to pay more than $200 if necessary. HELP!

I have been running Battlefield 3 on Ultra with pretty good frames with a Gigabyte 7870 Ghz edition, which are now $200 on Newegg. I've never played AC IV, but it looks like the 7870 will easily surpass or meet recommended specs.

7870 for 200$. by far, or R270X (same card).

I agree with a 270X if you are playing at 1600x1200 or less, anything higher I'd step it up to the 280X. But considering how much more demanding games are getting, for future proofing you might want to look at the 280X.
