I am new and learning about hardware upgrade.

When I play game my laptop had hiccups. I tried upgrading my RAM from 2GB to 6GB but still the same.

I want to upgrade my CPU from A8 to A10. Can this solve my problem. Can My laptop take A10 cpu?

The manufacturer site is not very informative on upgrade.

My laptop configuration are as follow.

Too many variables to guess what would work on your model laptop. Look in a forum which is devoted to those kind of questions....like this.

-------------------------

Intel I7 960 @ 3.87ghz *Intel DX58SO *HIS HD6970 2gb *Corsair TX650M *2x4gb Corsair XMS3 *WD Black 1TB *Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit ***Asus N71Jq laptop *Intel I7 720QM Processor *Mobility Radeon HD5730 1gb *8gb Ram *Windows 7 64bit ** Toshiba P75-A7200 * Intel I7-4700MQ * Windows 8.1 64bit

Make sure you are not overheating.

Upgrade hdd to an ssd for booting. That would speed things up significantly, but not give you better frames in-games.
