The way the bundling of this program is handled is unethical.  There is no exit or cancel options, it's triggered by other packages that don't announce it's presence, and the branding on the installed product doesn't match that in the installer.

I have no problem with the software existing, or AMD attempting to promote it.  Some of the ideas are notably missing from the current leading platforms, and could be welcome.

My problem is that it is being pushed upon people using dirty tactics.  There is very little difference between this behavior and the infamous Conduit foistware.

I shouldn't have to worry about my 1st party drivers installing unrelated software I didn't approve of, regardless of how innocuous that software ultimately is, and AMD ought to have more respect for it's customers and general integrity than this.

Well, as you can see there have been many similar posts. To clear things up, Raptr will be installed if you use "Express" install...and it clearly states it. It also says that if you do not want it installed, use "Custom" install. That being said, it is still a pita to uninstall. After you have deleted using your computers 'uninstall a program' you still need to go into your regstry and do a search for Raptr.

What Raptr is supposed to do
