Toshiba does not provide the proper installation. It is causing a  lot of problems. I don't want to have  to jump ship to Intel...

Unfortunately this is not Toshiba support. You may find contact links on their website. Also I don't hink Toshiba and Intel are competitors. Does Intel manufacture laptops at all?
