Hello guys,
After I had upgraded to Windows 8, I've got a serie of error with bluescreen.

AMD Radeon 4200 Series
AMD Radeon 6300M Series

It's a notebook, so it switches the GPU on battery or Smart CA connected.

Another error, is that, the graphics doesn't switch automaticaly, even if I check the box to be sure of it.

I thought it was Windows.
But even when I downgrade to Windows 7 Home Basic it still with error.

I can use drivers provides from my manufactory (2010.2.22), but it's too old!

Can someone help me with that?

Sincerely,

C.E. Almeida

Make and model laptop? Alot of problems arise from 'updating' to win8/8.1 from win7. best to do a clean install instead of a 'upgrade'. You did check with your laptop manufacturer to see if your computer was ABLE to run Win8 didn't you? I suspect that it's not as the 4xxx graphics is not fully supported in Win8 and won't work on Win8.1.
