Hello everyone, recently I updated my notebook Dell inspiron 15r se to windows 8.1 and I have problems with record screen or acess remotely, I search in every site a solution, but failed...

In windows 8. the access remotely or record screen, with the driver of amd radeon has no problems, but i updated to 8.1 and now i can't record or access remotely. the screen start with black and no refresh, it's the same with record (camtasia)...

Please, help-me somebody

See if Dell has Windows 8.1 drivers for both your graphics drivers.

The first thing to do is check with Dell to see if your model laptop supports Win 8.1. Not all do. Some laptops that support Win 8 do not support Win 8.1. If it is supported then Dell has graphics drivers for it.
