So reworking windows 8 (updated to 8.1) on my Inspiron 7520.  Halfway through the installation of my video driver, using catalyst, it stops working and doesn't finish installing the drivers.  I have posted the log below in hopes that someone can assist me.

Do a clean windows 8.1 install, not an update from 8 to 8.1

 

If you look around on google, you will see a lot of issues occur doing this.
