It's pretty much a rehashed Radeon HD 8850M GDDR5:
The only difference is R9 M265X hardware supports Direct3D 11.2 and OpenGL 4.3, while 8850M supports up to 11.1 and 4.3 respectively.
Definitely not a bad card for its price, it's a mid to high-end GPU, and can even play some modern games on Full HD on low-medium settings decently.
I have overclocked my HD 8850M on my Dell laptop (with core i7-4500U) and turned it into a 8870M, everything runs maxed here @ 768p.
