for a video card

This computer is running very slow on all games and is running slower than my old dell that has a 5400 AMD card.  This computer should still be blowing all games out of the water and all it is doing is lagging.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for this video card and i still lag like crazy.  I am completly confused why this computer is still lagging.  I dont have any known virus or addware slowing it down either.  I belive it might be a hardware problem or a software issue with the current drivers.  IF anyone has experiance with this and can help or point me in the correct direction please let me know.

5800 series says nothing. What is the card number? It is not the fastest mobility card around coupled with a dual core processor...maybe your expectations and settings are too high.
