On the ATI forums, it seems that Ignored users' posts are not accessible in the topic at all... as if the post doesn't exist, from the perspective of the reader who has added the poster's ID to their "Ignored Users" list.

On other discussion boards, a line item exists in the topic that indicates that a post made by an ignored users is present, but the content of the post is hidden / collapsed. In this abbreviated entry is a button or a link that allows the reader to view the post anyway.

This also allows the reader to occasionally examine the posts by the ignored user, to see if they've changed their ways and leading the reader to decide to 'unignore' the poster.

(It's more difficult than just removing a target=_blank from the hyperlink since it's all XML driven) and I'd appreciate if people could see if it works for them.

I'd also like to get the login to send you back to the page on the forum you came from but I'm going to have to go mucking around in the code for the login page to try to grab the previous item in history (there's a querystring for referring url that the GAME site uses on banners that require login but I'm not sure that we can leverage that).

So give it a shot if you could and let me know if it works. And if something doesn't work, please give me a detailed write up of your clicks (what you're doing, what happens, etc.) There's a lot of changed functionality I want to add but I have to weigh the business needs with my desire for site perfection.

I wasn't sure where to post this or how to contact who is in charge but anyway, just so you guys from AMD are aware, Newegg's Tournament that they are hosting and you guys are sponsoring is a joke. They have no anti-cheat to prevent hackers in games from winning the tournament and taking your prizes home. Their servers for Call of Duty World at War are not streaming to punkbuster bans. Their server also doesn't even kick for illegal console commands that make some objects see through. I just wanted you to be aware that their tournament isn't really legit at all and I'm sure you guys would want to give your prizes to people that should actually earn them instead of giving them to cheaters.

Please look into this,

If you have any questions contact me at www.team-precison.net (forums - username silentstrike) or irc #precision irc.gamesurge.net

Thanks.

Whenever you register and login from the Login link at the top of the forum, it takes you to the games.amd.com site. After clicking throuh a few more links I make it back to the forum, but the link to forums fromt he Cummunity section of games.amd.com always opens a new window, and the "Snozz's profile | logout" at the top changes to "login" as if I am getting logged out.

I assumed I was getting logged out and kept going around in this circle looking for a way to Post a new thread. Finally I saw the "new topic" link. I'm not used to seeing it that far up, and I would recommend making this a image link that looks like a button, and capitilizing "New Topic" or changing it to a verb phrase like "Post".

CCC Desktop Area of 3800x1200 not possible, bug, workaround ?!

I have two monitors conected two my radeon4870.

1.) native: 1900x1200 16:10

2.) native: 800x600 4:3

I can use them perfectly with the "extend Desktop" feature in CCC.

But I am not able to simulate a "desktop area" (by strech horizontally) over both screens.

I can run both(!) screens with 1900x1200 each (although text is hard to read on monitor 2, but that's not an issue for me) , but I cant run them in "virtual Desktop" mode of 3800x1200. Why is that?!

Can this bug be fixed? Or is there a workaround (like manually edit some config files/registry to get 3800x1200 selectable as CCC-desktop area?
